Included with every plan
When choosing an allowance, consider device, route, and client limits too.
Multiple Devices & Platform Support
Unlimited devices at once. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Set up each device for its intended use, and keep an eye on your account’s data usage across all of them.
Download clients and get subscriptions through the user panel. Sign in to download on Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. The iOS download link depends on an active plan shown in the panel. Downloading a client and getting a working subscription are separate steps; check your account status before setup.
Route Coverage & Use Cases
Routes cover 90+ countries and 250+ routes. Choose based on the destination service’s region and your connection performance. See global server locations for the full list; distance alone doesn’t determine the best exit location.
Routes can be used for AI tools, streaming, and international websites. The target platform’s regional rules, account permissions, and content licensing still apply; a plan’s data allowance doesn’t guarantee access to all content. If something doesn’t work, first check whether it’s a route connection issue or an app permission issue.
Military-Grade Encryption & Connection Checks
InnVPN provides military-grade encryption. You still need to import your subscription correctly and enable the client connection. A website opening in your browser doesn’t necessarily mean other apps use the same network route.
Follow the steps in the getting started guide to configure the client, then test your apps one at a time. If an app won’t connect, check your routing rules and exit region before switching plans.
Account Access & Support
No email address required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe; you’ll need the same account to check orders, access subscriptions, and contact support.
For connection issues, start with troubleshooting. If the problem persists, use a support ticket in the panel and include your client, location, and error message. Before sharing a screenshot, hide sensitive details such as passwords, subscription URLs, and payment information.
